    honestly, penny stock newsletters sometimes get paid in shares to "shout out" a certain ticker... just follow the top volume stocks if you want to play penny stocks. I made this blog to do chart analysis on the top traded stocks of the day and then I just look for whichever stock has the best risk/reward situation.
